Superintendents, principals, athletic directors, trainers, athletic trainers, tournament supervisors, and other sports professionals must all be aware of and conversant in the growing number of legal concerns that affect school athletics programs (Lee et al., 2022). Some states also require schools to establish baseline testing, provide concussion education materials to all student-athletes and their parents, and have them sign a concussion-information form. Anyone in a leadership position, including coaches and administrators, should familiarize themselves with the concussion laws in their respective states.

Positive & Negative Changes

Also, it can cause parents and sportsmen to act in unreasonable and unpleasant ways. They believe, however, that high school sports often produce numerous unrepresentative role models (Olah et al., 2022).

Perception Changed

The community as a whole has a more favorable view of the high school that has implemented these new athletics policies because they see the events as having contributed to increased social interaction, which is excellent for the growth of the community as a whole.
