The proposed solution for Trusty Carpets is Cin7 Software. This software includes an inventory management solution for small to medium businesses, point-of-sales and warehouse management functionality. Its e-commerce integration will allow Jerry Montgomery to accurately display real time pricing on the website he will create. It will also allow him to track his inventory in real time to keep him from over selling or over ordering. Jerry will be able to log in from any device to check, in real time, to track his inventory. This software will connect Trusty Carpets, Metro Carpets and his joint business venture with Mike Baker and his installation company. Cin7 added bonus feature is that this software can be deployed as both cloud base and an on-site system via software as a service or SaaS. It will improve his communication between his locations, provide warehouse inventory management, which will aid in his storing of carpet and meet his objective of space to accommodate recyclable carpet, and allow the ease of e-commerce selling, thus increasing and expanding his sales.
