Please address the following questions for both of the interviews in a cohesive word or pdf document

that you upload/attach to Bb. Please feel free to add anything to your responses that you feel is

pertinent to mention.

What cultural barriers did you feel were addressed in this interview?

Did you get any sense of cultural humility in the interview? Make sure you mention and define what

cultural humility is.

What aspects, did you hear mentioned by the individual being interviewed, that you felt could have

been better addressed in a more culturally competent manner? This does not mean you evaluate how

the interview was conducted or what you would have asked; this means address the examples that the

individual that is being interviewed discusses and how those examples could have been handled in a

more culturally competent manner.

What other thoughts did you have about the interview that tie in with the importance of cultural

competency in the healthcare profession?

Formatting

Each response to an interview should address all of the above questions, as well as including your

thoughtful insight. Each response should be at least one typed page in 12 font, should be written in a

comprehensive manner with paragraphs, transitions, and a clear beginning and ending; and it should be

submitted in word or pdf to Bb. Please do not simply answer the question or submit your paper on this

sheet. This sheet is for clarification of expectations and provides you with a detailed grading rubric.

Each interview is worth (10 points) in total which is 20% of your final grade for this course
