Overview – Provide evidence-based overview (refer to the 1-2 project prep assignment) describe geographic region, socioeconomic & demographic profile, & prevalent health concerns. Support claims.
Purpose & Value: Clearly state goal of trip (identify specific country), including a general identification of the intervention (refer to 1-2 project prep) that will be proposed. Defend the proposed value by discussing the extent to which this humanitarian aid trip will promote health equity, human rights, & social justice. Support claims.

2. Analysis: Analyze the specific determinants of health
A. Resource availability: Evaluate the impact of resource availability (including water, sanitation, food, air) as a determinate of health for the population. Support claims.
Access to care & quality of health services: Analyze the impacts of access to care & quality of health services (refer to 3-2 project prep – morbidity & mortality, & inequities) morbidity & mortality for the population. Support claims.
Cultural context: Describe how the specific cultural context influences (refer to 4-2 project prep assignment – ethnographic analysis) their perceptions of health & disease. Support claims.
D.
