Creative Engagement Project Proposal: 20 Points

This proposal will be an original idea that you create for a creative

engagement project. This is hypothetical, as you will not execute this project.

The proposal you submit must include:

SIGNIFICANCE Explain how your project will address an important

issue of global significance

4/2 USE OF ART Explain how your project will use art to make a

positive difference about the issue

4/2 PUBLIC

ENGAGEMENT Explain how your project will engage the issue in a

public way

CREATIVE

STATEMENT Include a creative statement describing how you

expect the symbols, images and/or forms of the

project to meaningfully engage the people and ideas

relevant to your project

20/20 TOTAL

Format:

• You must submit 2-3 full page proposal for your creative engagement project (no including title page or references).

• Each point must be fully developed

• Format: Double-space, 12’ font, margins 1’, APA style
