This exercise is Transactions. My classmate’s Reservation point is only $7 millions. I should argue the insurance valuation of $8 million is an accurate value of the plant. All class concepts are easy to find the definition online.

There’s idea “compatible issue” from lecture you could write in the takeaways. It’s that my classmate wanted me to remain the work force to not pay severance. And he did know that I want his workers. So, I could act like I did not want these workers, I was doing him a favor to remain them. It might help get a better deal.
