Section 1: Analyse and Identify entities and relationships
Develop the Entity Relationship (ER) diagram using opensource ER Design tool/VISIO. Attach the ER design screenshot including the below task answers in the word document.

Analyse business data Summarise the operations by listing the entities and data required by these entities from this case study. . |

Identify the boundaries Identify and list the boundaries of the system as per the case study. |

ER Diagram Identify entities, attributes, data types and relationships of data by documenting an entity relationship diagram (ERD). |

Relationship cardinality Introduce and confirm the relationship cardinality in the ERD as per the business rule stated in the case study.

Section 2: Normalisation Table

Data Types Identify the suitable business data and list the fields with data types as per the information provided. |

1NF Perform the normalisation on the above table using the first normal form(1NF) and document the results |

|
2NF Perform the normalisation on the above table using the second normal form(2NF) and document the results |

|
3NF or Final normalisation Perform the normalisation on the above table using the third normal form(3NF) and document the results |
