Communication technology

Ensure a consensus view of key information and communications technology (ICT) of stakeholders which is represented in data, process, and system model by discussing with stakeholders in a team (Trainer-Project Sponsor)

Project Sponsor confirmation

Ensure that object, process, and system model is checked by key ICT stakeholders (Trainer-Project Sponsor) to confirm common knowledge of the models and the proposed solution by revising these models if necessary.

Approval request as per the feedback update

Submit revised data model, process model and system solutions to the approvers (Trainer-Project Sponsor) for sign-off by writing and email with necessary attachments.
