Objective

Tachycardia, Restlessness and SOD. V.S. Bp- 220/115,P-74,R-18, T-97,O2-98.Pt. takeslosarta100mg and Nitro blurred vision, stat 0.4 mg

Decreased cardiac output related to increased peripheral vascular.

Ineffective tissue perfusion related to changes in cardiac output.

Deficient knowledge regarding drug therapy.
