computer science- cyber security question
Chapter 12
EXERCISE 12.2.
1 Pick some activist group (political, ideological) that you find intriguing.
2 Using only the Web, gather as much information about that organization as you can.
3 Write a brief dossier on that group, including what you think the likelihood is that such a group would engage in information warfare or cyber terrorism, and why. This must be a minimum of 150 words and a maximum of 600 words.
4 You MUST provide sources for online material you have gathered. You must have a minimum of three sources. If you use Wikipedia as a source, you must have a minimum of four sources. You must use the format provided to you below. This is the ACM format. Failure to do so will invalidate your sources.
This problem is worth 15 points out of the 30.
Scoring rubric for this question: Spelling and Grammar errors (one obvious spelling error may be a typo, two of the same is an error), 1 pt. out of the 15. Content, 11 pts out of the 15. Sources, 3 pts of the 15.
Formatting: again, single-spaced; separate paragraphs by 12 pts (= to double space); no first-line indent on paragraphs (even if you like to do that, don’t); fully justify your paragraphs (see the case itself below for an example of full justification).
Format for your sources (note that the ACM format uses [square brackets] for their numbers. So you have to provide the author, the title (italicized), the date of the article itself, and the date you “retrieved” the article from the web. If you don’t have an author or title, leave them out.

Chapter 13
EXERCISE 13.5 BLOCKING INFORMATION
This chapter illustrated the many ways you can access information about someone and pointed out the potential hazards of having too much personal information available on the Internet. So, what can you do to prevent unscrupulous individuals from finding out too much about you? Check the primary websites listed in the chapter (Yahoo! and Google) to see if they provide any means to block your information from being distributed. You may also want to check any other search engines, such as Bing, to see what they do to block your information from being distributed. Also check at least two e-commerce sites (e.g. Amazon, Target, Dick’s Sporting Goodes, etc.) to see what they do with your information. Report back on what you find, and then answer the following question: are there any other means of blocking access to your personal information?
