Activity Preparation

Focus/Topic: Physical Wellness

Age Group: Grade 4

NAEYC Standard (s): Health

Materials/Equipment: Books, Field and Instructor

Children’s Book: The Busy Body Book

Technology Integration: The use of technology such as bikes for exercises among the children is an example of technology integration in physical wellness.

Biblical Integration: 1st Timothy 4:8 For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.

Activity Presentation

Implementation/Plan: The presentation of an annotated bibliography on the sources that would be used would be the first action. The next action involves topic proposal, rationale and references stage. The last part would involve practical classroom application and introductory paper.
