Excel and Conceptual questions

Turn in one Excel file with a tab for each question listed under Problems. Label each Tab using the corresponding chapter and question number. Add one more tab for conceptual questions and provide your answer using labeled text boxes.

Make sure to: 1) include the corresponding mathematical formulation of the optimization model in each tab, 2) interpret the optimal solution and value of the objective function in optimal solution, and 3) binding/nonbinding constraints in the optimal solution using text boxes or text fields in the corresponding tabs to get full credit
