part 1: Health Education & Health Promotion (2 pages)

Read Chapter 1 (I attached it) to understand the difference between Health Education and Health Promotion and the relationship between the two. Also visit www.nchec.org to understand what Health Educators/Health Education Specialists do and the need for them. In addition, become clear on what it takes to become a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). Now create a 2 pages document that would inform a high school student or college freshman about a profession as a Health Educator. Include items such as how to prepare, where (setting) they might work, what they would do (duties/responsibilities), how they could grow/excel in the field, and anything else you think might be pertinent and interesting to your audience. Use ANY format you choose to communicate this information…be creative.

Search the internet for What is a Request for Proposal? Write out the definition or copy and paste it in your document, then in your OWN WORDS describe what it is and how it relates to this class. (about 1 paragraph)

Next, look on Titanium at the document titled Sample RFP(I attached it). Once you have gone through it, briefly tell me the purpose of this document. Then tell me what similarities you see in this document and your Group Project (my group project is about design a program that educate depressed teenage girls who got bullied from social media)
