2. Review your results, and look at the areas that you need improvement. Maybe you said you are not the best listener or fear speaking in public, then move  to the next step.

3. Write 5 communication goals you can improve on based on the results of the SPPC test.

4. Review the following handouts:

Based on the handouts, write 5 S.M.A.R.T Goals to help you improve the 5 communication related behaviors you mentioned in step 2. Your goals should be a mix of different forms of communication; for example, 2 goals in public speaking, 2 in interpersonal, and 1 intrapersonal communication.
