Homework Post 14: Summing It All Up—Developing a Resilience Plan for the Future
Skill Practice Reflection: Reflect on how your goals for your grade for the final exam and how you will prepare to achieve that goal by completing an extended WOOP answering the following questions to create your study plan. Your WOOP should be a 1/2 page reflection and your Preparation Plan should be an additional 1/2 page reflection, totaling 1 page double spaced.
· WISH: What grade would you live to get on the final exam and rate out of 10 1) how important is it to you that you get this grade and 2) how likely you think it is possible that you will get that grade.
· OUTCOME: What would a specific outcome be if you were to achieve your wish of getting that grade on the final exam?
· OBSTACLE: What is an obstacle that might keep you from achieving this grade on the final exam? Name at least one internal barrier and one external barrier.
· PLAN: What are your plans for overcoming these obstacles and barriers to achieving this grade on the final exam? Make sure to include an if/then statement ((i.e. If you face [describe your obstacle], then you will do [describe your plan for overcoming your obstacle]...) and then expand on how you will ensure you stick with that plan. Include specific steps!

· Identify at least three of the class resources you will use to study for the final exam: lecture slides and notes, practice exam questions, homework posts and grader feedback, diary card skill list, weekly readings, instructor/TA office hours, peer discussions/study groups, etc.
· Describe how each of the three resources you identified will be useful for your preparation for the final and how you will use that resource to accomplish your wish for your final exam grade.
Class Activity Reflection: Reflect on your APT toolbox discussion during class this week. Your response for this section should be about 1 page double spaced.
· What went into your APT toolbox and the discussion your group had about building your individual APT toolboxes.
· Which skills or specific practices stood out to people in your group the most? What skill did you have that others maybe didn't?
· Did you update your APT toolbox at all after discussing it with your other group members?
· Which skills do you still want to focus on getting better at from your toolbox? Also share at least one skill or specific practice you will use from this class for each of the 9 areas on the model.
Gratitude Practice: Write a half a page about something that happened or something you accomplished this week that you are grateful for.
Lecture Reflection: Reflect on the previous lecture. Respond to the following prompts in a half page.
· What is one thing that resonated with you class on Wednesday, particularly from the lecture material? What do you still have questions about (if anything)?
· Identify one way you can see the content in the lecture helping you going forward.
