Visualization makes the complex explanation easy as we have learned through this step.
Now I have selected the chart system for the data. This data representation is about the product
sales for four months from Jan to April. This represents the sales for different items in these
months. Now I have identified the classification of sales data by creating different bars for each
of the product with demonstrating each month sale for each product differently and that defined
the sum of sales for each month which clearly shows about the difference in sale. As the 3D chart
shows that Boldo Tea doesn’t have much sales that can cross even 10k mark but the most sales
by the month is sopapillas which crossed 20k mark in Jan. so this creates the easy representation
of data with much easier to explain the solutions. Similarly Total sales can be achieved and
understood with this easy demonstration about how the small difference between March and
January sales have in total. So, these are the valuable information that we can extract out of it.
we can also create some average based results from this as well. But I have preferred to total the
sum of sales in each month. As I have selected 3D chart for the visualization, it explains the
graph of sales really easily and very simply to understand the trends going. Also, it’s really
visually appealing to show the colors and values in it. bars and pie are the easiest to understand
visual forms that’s why I have chosen this visual effect.
Audience needs sometimes more in-depth formation of visualization depending upon the
results and I think I have selected the most appropriate way for the representation of the data but
this could change the data results if I can select the max or average rate for the visualization or I
can make it better if I add the writing for each of the bar what I am representing with what bar
like a legend. These are some of the changes I think can be made to make it more efficient for
understanding. Other than that, it’s perfect. I have used visualize free for this visualization

After rearranging the data on the original spreadsheet with the help of a pivot table, I was able to organize the information better. The menu items and their monthly totals were categorized in this manner, which was more useful. I was able to quickly see the monthly total for each menu item along with the monthly total for the whole data set because I categorized it this way. I added an additional column to show the final total for each menu item from January-April so I could have a better understanding of which products performed the best on a monthly and overall basis. Because of the change, it is important that this information be presented in a way that can be easily navigated and is clear enough to satisfy a wide variety of audiences. It is also important to cater to the needs of the audience by providing them with data that will assist them in the success of both themselves and their business.
According to the information given here, I came to the conclusion that January had the highest revenue (35,534.37), followed by March (33,448.79), February (26,605.76), and April (20,489.90). The item that brought in the most revenue was the sopapillas, which brought in $49,198.08, while the item that brought in the least revenue was chocolate, which brought in $1,282.01 total. A bar graph showing the monthly earnings of each menu item was the result of my newly organized data and sorting. Below, the profit made from each product is broken down into four different graphs, with each graph representing a different month of the year (January - April)
Given the audience, it's possible that the column graph visualization may need to be changed a little. In the case that investors request a more detailed breakdown of monthly and product-specific revenue, I can provide it. A line graph would be the perfect graph to use to display the ups and downs with each product; however, if there are a high number products to take into account, this may be too much information to present all at once. It would be helpful to have multiple graphs, maybe broken down by month rather than product, so that one could give a more accurate comparison of products over time.

Hello Class,
I chose an area chart to display the restaurant's data. This chart helps measure change over time and can depict part-to-whole relationships (Soomo, 2020). I also inserted a detailed table of the sales information by product and month. The area chart reveals the restaurant's overall sales and how each product makes up those sales. The chart shows that sopapillas are the restaurant's most popular product. However, as time goes on, the lesser-selling products begin to sell more, shortening the gap in sales between them and sopapillas. This could be attributed to customers trying new things on the menu or word-of-mouth of other products. Compared to other products, the lowest-performing products, boldo tea and chocolade, can also be easily examined in the area chart. These products accounted for a tiny portion of sales in January, February, and April but virtually no part of sales in March.
The area chart also reveals how total sales change over the four months. It shows that the highest-performing month was the restaurant opening month of January. Sales dropped in February, spiked back up in March, and then dropped again in April, the restaurant's lowest-performing month.
This graphic can be changed to accommodate different audiences. For example, if the audience were the manager in charge of ordering products, this would provide a clear visualization of what to buy more and less of, but this audience may need more information on quantities sold rather than the dollar amount of sales. The sales data could be adjusted to quantities and still show a comparison of the number of sales over time for this audience to make informed decisions.

Governments and IMF are directly relatives to each other as they have a deep history and
this issue is really a critical one. Governments, Banks, IMF and other participating Countries
play an important role in any country’s falling economy. When there is a crisis in any country,
they try to overcome using their reserves and when that goes out then the chances of survival are
to ask some other countries for loan or to ask IMF for a loan. The IMF as the International
Monetary Fund works to achieve sustainable growth and prosperity for all the 190 member
countries. Their actions are to provide economic policies to promote financial stability and
monetary cooperation. the example for the discussion here is the Greece crisis and IMF issues
with the 2008 crisis. IMF provided the fiscal adjustment to the policies which in results made the
situation worse after the loan served Greece. Greece faced fiscal consolidation to a much larger
extent than other crisis countries (Speech by Poul Thomsen, 2019).
If any country has their reserves out or they are leading the country towards bankruptcy
then that country goes for the bailout. This is a form of financial support to a country in a form of
cash, loan, bonds, or stock purchases. The reason for the bailout is to support the industries that
are affecting millions of people internationally. Such an example is Pakistan which is facing
bankruptcy issues right now, and they are bound to perform their policies according to the IMF
due to the loan conditions and policies and Pakistan has ban the import of several items which
has impacted the business from the global community. That is the impact of the bailout on
different countries.
IMF is the service which many countries provide assistance to and the main contributor
for IMF is the United States and each member has its own quota to the IMF and when the crisis
falls on any country they can apply for the assistance from IMF. So the IMF is reasonable in
getting any help from rather than any other country which can affect your foreign policies in
return for their greater good because your country needs money and they would get anything in
return from you. Sometimes IMF provides the economic policies to the country which is facing
the bailout, this is due to the fact that their economic intelligence is failed to produce their
growth in economy that’s why they are at the door of IMF and that’s the moral responsibility of
IMF to provide them the best possible policy and yes, it’s absolutely ethical to do that for IMF as
they are the ones to help those countries stand on their feet again.
Helping with
Greek has made several mistakes even after getting the loan and fiscal adjustments. Like
the pensions and social transfer increasing to 7 percent that led them for greater demise in their
economy. That’s why we need to learn that if we can apply the policies for our good then we
should follow that strictly. To overcome the crisis, one must stand firm and follow the policies
and rules that are meant to make them stronger.

When the situation gets so bad that more than half of a country's people want help, that country's government and economy should get a bailout. The COVID-19 epidemic and the Great Depression of the late 1920s are two examples that stand out. Without bailouts, economies and nations worldwide would be in dire straits, with unemployment, homelessness, and welfare crises out of control. The purpose of bailouts is to stabilize the economy amid grave circumstances. The IMF is made up of 189 countries. It is paid for by membership fees, which are used to help countries in trouble. The United States, China, Japan, and Germany are the leading donors to the International Monetary Fund (IMF). However, it is well-known that each nation is experiencing significant financial and economic difficulties. The IMF is managed globally, not by a single nation. It is led by individuals whose primary objective is a global achievement, not political stature. The intention is to provide financial aid to a country in need. Restoring economies in need of support is ideal until it becomes overdone. If the same countries keep getting help, spending may need to be looked at to determine why the bailouts are not working and why money keeps going to the same region for the same problem. From an ethical standpoint, it could be more challenging, as ethics are difficult to define and can vary
from person to person and country to country. Since the IMF looks at the country as a whole, it may be moral to help the same countries repeatedly. If the governments that need the bailout do not make the right economic decisions, which leads them to ask the IMF for more money, they are to blame—forcing the IMF to attach significant conditions to the loan, which I believe justifies the means.

I believe it is unethical for an IMF to bail out countries that repeatedly make bad economic and fiscal decisions without requiring specific requirements to be made for them to receive another bail. For example, an individual that repeatedly is in credit card debt and constantly applies for new credit cards so they can use to max out the card, do a balance transfer, or go on a shopping spring after a certain point will not be able to open a new card. They may be denied based on bad credit because of the cards or debt thus requiring them to address the issue of the current debt before incurring a new one. I believe the same concept should apply to IMFs bailing out countries. In the example of the bailouts in Greece, the IMF should not have bailed out Greece as many times as it did due to its irresponsible spending like 9 billion euros spent on the Olympics. This just created a cycle of receiving a bailout, spending it irresponsibly, and ending up in the same position. It is ethical to place
those significant requirements because it will allow other countries that fit those requirements to access those resources and prevent others who shouldn't access them.
The lesson that should be learned from the Greek crisis, is prioritizing the debt crisis and trying to stay within your means of what you can and can't do financially. The constant Greek crisis could have been avoided if the right funds and goals were set and the right funds were allocated to pay their debt versus other avenues. Government officials should have created more regulations and create strategies to allow them to steadily decrease their debt over time and not increase it.

Farm to table movement has increased in demand after the COVID 19 crisis due to the
lack of jobs and vacancies and imported goods to be so expensive to bear. Also, the crisis has
made everyone realize that we can create demand for local production more if we want to. So
that awareness has spread even greater because of the crisis. It is not difficult to implement farm
to table movement when you have supermarkets available and you can make distributors a
manageable margin to make the sales faster to grow the farmer business and drive more
production in order to meet the demand. as a supermarket, we need to know about the possible
increase in demand for suitable products like fruit, herbs and vegetables. After that, we can
broaden the vision by providing restaurants, schools and grocery stores according to their need
and margin. There are separate ways to provide the sales tactics by putting farm to movements
on Sale like giving Off on prices by 30-40 Percent like the brands these days apply to their
products. This would give advantage to products over imported items and would let the local
market grow. Another advantage we can create is through data analysis about where we need the
most demand for local products and where local products are selling more then we can increase
the sale there by using those areas for specific marketing about those products.
With that discussion we have benefits for the supermarkets to implement this strategy or
principle. It will boost the market value and sustainability to the business as there wouldn’t be
any crisis to import anything. This also would give the local market trust on the business to
prefer product promotion on our business thus providing the Brand value which we can cash out.
But there are risks involved in this too. It's about the shortage in any stock that can leave the
business miserable as well. Because this happens a lot in the market that stock goes short due to
incapacity of production in the local market. That’s why the risk can be managed by using the
local assets like distributors and other third parties but that could cost some extra margin.
Applying the farm to table principle means to establish PR with the local business and
that can provide the means to support the cause as a COO. Building impact on the market needs
PR with the local vendors and providers, this can take time but also this will be the key factor for
the market to rely on supermarkets if they have what it takes.

Good Evening,
I love the concept of farm-to-table. In South Texas we have farmers markets for the most part all year long. It seems as through the inflation, and shrink-flation, we see rising prices at the local markets, and the quality is of a lower value.
Partnering with local farmers is a good way for a supermarket chain to keep their prices lower than having to ship from other countries. This reduces emissions from the trucks used, and possible issues getting produce or other items through the border. I can recall a few months ago where trucks were held up here at the Mexico border for weeks. I can only imagine if those trucks contained some of the produce items that were set to be delivered to our local markets. The lost revenue that could potentially happen. Since South Texas is a state where we can grow and produce items most of the year it would be beneficial to source locally. There will always be options to source outside of the local market due to weather constraints and barriers.
Risks would be minimal, at best. One example of a risk to local supply would be a surprise winter storm or an abnormal weather pattern that could shorten or diminish the produce. Benefits would be a healthy supply of produce from local farmers where you know your waste would possibly be kept at a minimum. Benefits would also include transportation costs would be lower locally and would have more access to organic options. Another possible risk is will the farmer have the ability to meet demand. As you may have heard many farmers have not been able to fertilize these last few years because of the cost. Since Fertilizer is a global commodity, 44% of all fertilizer materials are exported (Hagler, 2019).
Data and communications between local farms and the supermarket would be done through market research into who produces what, and when, what are the costs associated with these farms, have they experienced huge losses over the last 5-10 years, and what is the variety of goods they can produce.
Metrics could show the possibility of the number of customers that would be interested in the farm-to-table as a means of sustainability. Research from the markets to gather the data that could justify the transition to this type of distribution would be key in identifying the potential for success.

Hello all, one way to incorporate farm-to-table is local produce from the farms or factories that produce the product for the supermarket. Farm-to-table will help support local businesses, help with shipping costs, and cut transportation across the country. Also, this will provide a sense of pride to know that you can buy local items that help support the local economy. The only issue would be that some things out of season would have to be transported, which may cause wholesale problems. Also, many prominent farmers may try to run outbid smaller farms. But building relationships and understanding the number of goods required could help support the farms when you are not buying from them. Or you could get the farmers to produce more crops, and factories produce more goods so that you are stocked during the outer seasons.
But all in all, the farm-to-table has many issues, but the good things outweigh the issues because growing or working to help your community that a good feeling. And that will guarantee that the quality is excellent. Think about the future you are helping to develop by empowering the community, not polluting the environment, or cutting pollution. The metrics we must address would be financial, customer, shipment, growth, and waste. These things will help us understand if we are doing good by the stakeholders and shareholders.
