One of the strategies to be implemented is the use of management systems effectively. Apex corporation consists of very many employees, and the CEO will like to see action by all employees to ensure that the organization's goals have been actualized. In this context, the measuring systems will be used to measure the performance of managers. The corporation deals with strategies that the use of count can tabulate. Using measuring systems brings in fears to the subordinate management as they are evaluated on the results produced. The system will also be implemented and carefully evaluated. The aim of installing the system in the organization is to ensure that employees can be assessed. At the same time, operational factors have to be considered before a decision is made based on the data received.
