Interview a person who works with older adults (in any capacity!)

about his/her work. Find out how they were trained, including when and where they went

to school, the type of degree they received, and whether they needed additional

specialized training. Ask them to describe their duties (i.e., what do they do on a typical

day?). What do they see as the pros and cons of working in that career?

Have there been any major changes (in the field or in general) since they were trained

that greatly affected the profession? What type of training would you need to enter that

profession today? Write a 2-page (typed, double-spaced) paper summarizing the interview

results. (take in mind that you write about someone who lives in USA/California)
