The file HW_01.xlsx includes data on 149 employees at the (fictional) Adventure’s Company.

a. Indicate the data type for each of the four variables included in this data set.

b. For each categorical variable, create a column chart of counts.

c. Change working experience to be categorical with categories “Less than 5,” “Between 5 and 10,” “Between 10 and 15,” and “Greater than 15.”

d. Find the mean, median, minimum, maximum, standard deviation, 1st quartile, and 3rd quartile of the Salary variable.

e. Create a histogram of the Salary variable (hint: you need to create bins first). How would you characterize the Salary distribution for these employees?
