Because scientific writing is an important component of academic psychology, students must become familiar with the basic elements of APA style and format. Students must adhere to the following guidelines in order to receive full credit for writing assignments:

2. Times New Roman, size 12, double spaced

3. Cover page

4. Double spacing

5. Page numbers

6. Spelling and Grammar checks

7. Papers stapled in upper left corner (no binders or covers)

8. References (if applicable)

9. Introduction and Conclusion paragraphs

This (4-8) Page essay should be in APA format. If you use any reference other than the textbook, make sure it's documented.
