You started working in the Human Services field and you have been assigned a case 3 clients.

Please describe how you would help them by using your clinical and case management skills. Also, what strength and what weakness do you bring to each client you must work with as human service worker?

1 -your clients suffer from schizophrenia and need to live in a supportive living environment

2- your clients of Veterans who suffer Military Sexual Assault and need intensive supportive and trauma therapy.

3-of your clients suffer Intellectual Disabilities but they live at home and work at “menial” jobs in a grocery store but drives his parents crazy.

4- your clients suffer severe paranoid ideation due to a severe “germ phobia.”

5- client suffer from moderate mental illness, (keeps him from working)

6- who of your clients struggles with “rage outburst” but you have discovered a strict routine keeps him calm and functional.

7- client is an addict in the beginning phase of recovery

8- client is going through gender reassignment therapy

9- client has become very dependent on you as well as struggling with a powerful sexual transference issue with you

10- client is a young pregnant 18 YO whose parents abandoned her because of their religious beliefs on sex out of wedlock. She is living in a shelter and you are working on more permanent housing for her
