Human resource management is the strategic approach to the effective management of organization workers so that they help the business gain a competitive advantage. This is Why is it so important for any manager to understand the key points of human resource management for groups and teams, so they can maximize each employee performance in service of an employer's strategic objectives.

In my opinion, the most surprising aspect that I learned about managing professional meetings is to have a motivated environment. One thing that I founded interesting in this course was how Motivation can make your fir or tour teem better off. There are many reasons why I believe that motivation is important, Mainly because motivation allows management to meet the company's goals. Having a Motivated environment and employees can substantially increase the productivity of any firm or company and also it can allow you to achieve higher levels of output. On the other hand, having an employee who is not motivated at work can limit their potential an therefore not allowing the company to be better off.

I believe that communication is one of the most critically important skills new managers should be developing to most effectively accomplish their responsibilities. Personally, I think Verbal communication is a very important aspect when it comes to developing a good team in any business. When you create an environment where employees feel that they are being heard this can lead you to a better understanding and to a better workplace.

For managers, an excellent way to acquire good communication skills is to be able to listen to what the team needs. the reasons why this is important is because if you listen to their needs they can try to work at their full potential. Also, another way I will encourage managers to incorporate communication in the workplace is, to create new meetings where every worker can give ideas and directions on what we can improve or what they think is a problem in the firm so we can solve them as a group. I believe this is excellent for any firm because it creates a space where communication exists. If a manager lacks the important ability to verbally communicate, it could turn small problems into big ones, and not being able to get the full potential of the team.

One thing I still want to learn more about as it relates to agribusiness management Is Vertical integration and its importance in the agribusiness industry. Also, I would like to know how it has gained attention in the food system as a device for providing both cost and product quality advantages. I’m really interested in this topic because nowadays you see many other industries becoming vertically integrated due to its pros and what it brings to the table. In my opinion, having control on every stage that is operated in the industry gives better management to any firm in that industry, and for me, that is something that can turn up to be a game changer for anyone who implements Vertical integration to their firm.
