Hum 335 Extra-Credit Projects

Earn extra-credit and expand your knowledge of the Humanities and Latino culture by participating in these projects!

In order to be eligible for Extra Credit, you must have a minimum of 5 points accumulated on the 3 Quizzes.

Here is a suggested list of Extra Credit projects. From this list, you may earn a total of eight extra credit points. All Extra Credit points will be added to your final grade average. For example, if your final average from the two Hum 335 exams and the Reading Responses is 85, and you earned 8 points through Extra Credit projects, your final grade would be 93.

All Extra Credit projects will be word processed (MLA style, double-spaced, Arial 12 pt.)

When submitted, the STAPLED Extra Credit packages will have

your projects (you may have to scan items to include depending on what project(s) you choose)

Identify each project with your name and the name of the project and the points

ONE cover page (see Blackboard for a model)

No Cover Page = minus two points!

Individual information missing from the cover sheet = -½ point per item of information

All Extra Credit projects are due by the date listed in the syllabus. No exceptions

If you wish to do a project not listed here, negotiate with your instructor about content, presentation, and points.

Also, I strongly suggest you save your Extra Credit submissions in case there is a question later on.
