What is the specific business problem or need the company has and why is it important?

Wines and spirits business has been identified to be among the most booming retail businesses in the world. The main objective of establishing this wine company is to produce one of the most refined wine qualities.

Hull's trace wines cellar is a wines and spirit business set up in the village of Quaintof Arlington, Ohio just off SR 68. In this restaurant, both local and visiting wines are availed for customers to enjoy. For instance, craft beer and signature wines are largely available at a relaxed and a restorative setting. This sophisticated setup and attractive nature bring more customers to the restaurant. It shows that physical attraction must be put into consideration when making a wines and spirits business.

However, there are several challenges that face the industry of wines and spirit. First is drivers and delivery team that ensures that customers get right products at the right time. When the company delays delivering products, the whole business is messed up. The second problem is normally faced with the sales team as normally they are hired on a commission basis something that greatly affects their commitment. Accounts receivables are another problem that affects the reputation of wines and spirit business. Support and merchandising is another problem that greatly affects the brand building the business. In addition to all, building a wines portfolio is a major problem faced by the industry. Wines portfolio ensures profit realization and ease during sales. The software and the information systems that have been used previously by the organization have failed to meet the other needs of those organizations due to the constant technological change.

To solve this problem wines and spirit firm can invest in the Integrated Wine Trace App that restaurants use to keep track of wines and have it delivered when and where they need the product. It greatly discourages the traditional use of spreadsheet, wine boxes and wine lockers.

What value will this bring to the business? (increase sales, decrease costs, etc.)

To increase sales the sale agents need to be paid basic salaries with incentives to act as a motivation agent. The sales can also be maximized through the introduction of an active online platform where customers can make their orders and still can use the platform to obtain feedback from the customers. An integrated intelligence information system with updated technology needs to be introduced to help manage the company effective as it will provide a 360-degree scope of the organization helping management and staff in operation and decision making. For the firm also to advance its sales it has to design a distinctive brand which will act as an added competitive advantage as it will help build the company's reputation.

In conclusion wines and spirit, business is a profitable business to venture into however one needs to be very strict and careful to ensure that the laid objectives are optimum achieved.
