Using the module’s background material and external research, select a seminal motivational theory (one 40 years or older) and a contemporary motivational theory (one within the past 20 years). Compare and contrast the theories and share how the seminal theory shaped (influenced) the contemporary theory relevant to team collaboration in human services.

Question 5:

Based upon our human services background, you are a District Administrator for several non-profit elementary schools. You just learned that one of your schools will become a stand-alone special education elementary school. Your primary role is to identify and ensure that all the key players understand each other’s roles, e.g., interactive collaboration. You have all the key players available within the system but you need to develop communications strategies to ensure success with the collaborative team. Share your communications strategies and the associated plan to implement those strategies.
