HR Organizational Structure

Raed Food Crop has 4 different business lines namely, Ronaldo's Pizzeria, Saj Ala Al Mazaj, Onda Coffee and Tikkah & Lomi.

1. Ronaldo's Pizzeria:  6 branches - each branch has a cashier, a head chef, three chef assistants, and a cleaner.

2. Saj Ala Al Mazaj:  2 branches- each branch has a cashier, a Shawerma Chef, a snack chef, an assistant, and a cleaner.

3. Onda Coffee: 2 branches - each branch has 3  chasiers/baristas and a cleaner.

4. Tikkah & Lomi: 2 branches - each branch has a cashier, a Chef, a bakery boy, an assistant, and a cleaner.

All business lines have the following working hours with Onda as an exception: 

· Sat To Wed: 12pm - 12am

· Thur & Fri: 12pm - 1am

Onda working hours:

· Sat To Wed: 6am- 12am

· Thur & Fri: 6am- 2am

All these business lines have a management supporting team.
