The role of healthcare human resource managers is not ordinary but still they faces challenges and limitations while working with numerous organizations because of poor cooperation and behavior of physicians. In order to make decisions and planning HRM would need data and trending healthcare challenges or procedures but physicians do not cooperate to provide the data to physicians that results in poor management. Thus, it is important to enhance the position of HRM at healthcare organizations for productive results.
