GOOD: The job description is satisfactory in format and content. Includes relevant functions and KSAOs although may not be thorough or show a complete understanding of the job and industry. (34 pts)

FAIR: The job description is unsatisfactory in content. The student did not utilize outside resources to aid in the development and understanding of the position or industry and only included a minimal amount of functions and KSAOs. (30 pts)

POOR: The job description is not a professional job description, no clear task statements or KSAOs that would be relevant to the job assigned. No evidence that the student understands the job or the industry. (26 pts)

Mechanics (e.g. spelling, grammar, sentence structure)
