Individual Assignment: Affirmative Action and Title VII
Purpose of Assignment
This assignment requires students to exhibit an understanding of Title VII as applied to race and national origin discrimination in employment, and discuss ways a medium-sized employer can minimize liability for such discrimination. The assignment also requires students to exhibit an understanding of affirmative action practices, and make recommendations as to whether affirmative action is appropriate for the example firm in the assignment.
