Due to large-scale base thread producer, the thread we provide can be used by these businesses for production of their final product. Sale of these final products will bring short term and long-term base profits towards these businesses.
(III) HR function help to portray the business in an effective way in front of all of business stakeholder’s groups. It portrays business in that direction through which every group of stakeholder consider themselves highly important and primary priority of the business. This help to retain these groups and their loyalties towards business for long run.
