Responsibilities for HR Analyst

· Provide data on employee development best practices

· Administer MBTI and DISC assessments

· Provide analysis of personality test results

· Analyze data relative to performance management program

· Review job description and revise as necessary to ensure appropriate hires

· Analyze pay scale to ensure compliance with wage and labor laws

· Make recommendations to leadership on improvements in benefits to attract and retain a quality workforce

· Establish training and development opportunities

Qualifications for HR Analyst

· PHR, SPHR or MBTI or DISC certification, preferred

· Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field, preferred

· 3+ years of experience as an HR Analyst

· Superior communication skills

· Expert with various HRIS applications

· Must have excellent analytical skills

· Skilled in using statistics to developing employee training and retention programs

· Proficient in drafting job descriptions

· Experience administering MBTI and DISC assessments
