Determine Appropriate Pay-Policy Mix

At e-sonic we strive for employees to not only are satisfied with their general compensation of pay. E-sonic offers a generous benefits package for all their full-time employees. The benefits and plan year will begin from January 1 to December 31. Once hired at e-sonic one has up to one month to enroll into the benefits plan. All the benefits assistances plans that e-sonic have to offer are a la carte. A la Carte means that the employee can pick and choose which coverage’s he or she wants and does not want. The services that e-sonic will offer to all full-time employees will be a health care plan, a prescription drug plan, health reimbursement account, flexible spending accounts, dental insurance, vision insurance, and life insurance. In addition, E-sonic will offer short and long-term disability as well offers an employee assistance program.

In choosing to opt in to the health care plan there are some things that are covered a 100% free of cost. All lab tests, pap tests, urinalysis, colorectal screenings, and prostate cancer screenings are free. Colonoscopies, mammograms, echocardiograms and many more are one hundred percent free and covered through the insurance. As well, resources for living, the employee assistance program is available to all members of the household, will have six free face to face counseling sessions a year and are available for one 24 hours a day. There will be two options for health insurance either a preferred PPO or a Premier Copay plan. Through this one will also get to utilize the service teledoc which you pay five dollars per usage and you can video chat live over your phone or computer with a doctor. Save you some convenience of setting an appointment and going all the way to see your doctor in person. In addition, E-sonic will offer an HRA which is funded through the company. This can only be used for medical expenses such as copays/coinsurance, dental and vision. All prescription drug coverage is covered through Optum Rx.
