APA Rule: When there is no author given for a book, use the title of the book and the publication date.  Put the title of the book in italics but not the date.

How to list the text in your reference listing.

If you use more than one chapter from the book, then you are required to use a letter behind the date as seen below:

Organizational Behavior. (2014a). Organizational Behavior,

, Washington, D.C.: The Saylor Foundation       

Organizational Behavior. (2014b). Managing Demographic and Cultural Diversity, Washington, D.C.: The Saylor Foundation       

 The citations would then be:
