Learning the IRAC method will help you do all of those things and so much more.
See the Course Materials and Case Brief Assignment Folder for your Case Assignment. You may find another case if you prefer but do not do the same case as another student. The videos below explain the IRAC method (Issue, Rule, Analysis and Conclusion) you will use to prepare your case. Also refer to the last two pages of the syllabus and the folder of sample case briefs in Blackboard in the Course Materials folder. All cases are due no later than May 7th. Late cases will not be accepted.
