· Undertake an interview and agree on the purpose of your presentation and the recommendations you will make.

· Determine which theory or theories to link your findings to and any recommendations or improvements these theories suggest.

· Allocate roles and responsibilities for the assessment equally to individual group members.

· Use the RMIT library databases or Google Scholar to find scholarly (peer-reviewed) and professional articles about responsible principles and practice in managing teams and diverse groups in a global organisation context.

· Analyse and synthesise the research to support your team’s findings.

· Design and create a presentation that demonstrates your group’s understanding of the topic, your understanding of how practice applies to theory, your methodology and research.

· Use Harvard EasyCite to correctly reference your research and cite any direct quotations or paraphrasing you use.

· Agree on how your group will deliver the presentation and ensure the group rehearses the presentation.

· Keep a journal whilst working on this presentation as this will assist you in the completion of your reflective report (Part B of this assignment).
