OK, so perhaps this isn't really a "Hot" Topic, but this clip just cracked me up.  If you didn't find it funny, either you are having a really bad day or you haven't visited the DMV lately. 

Obviously, it is just part of our culture that we assume that government employees are stuck in a bureaucratic haze, and it is impossible to get any efficient service from a government agency.  Presumably, all of the students in this class are interested in going into some area of public service.  So, what the heck happens to cause this perception?  Government employees are just like everyone else.  So, what do you think causes these kinds of problems.  Do you have any experiences?  Do you have any ideas of fixing it?
