Term Project Phase 2 - measure
This project is designed to allow you to complete the primary components of a quality improvement project. Phase 2 is the “Measure” phase of the Six Sigma DMAIC process.
Instructions
Develop each of the Critical to Quality (CTQ) components, which were identified in the class discussion. Do the following for each CTQ:
· A brief description of what the CTQ is and how it is measured.
You should submit only the Word document which will include copies of the charts.
Chart Requirements:
1. Each Chart must have a title.
2. All Charts are LINE charts.
3. All periods are on the Chart.
4. The LOWER limit on the vertical axis is set to be slightly less than the lowest data point value.
5. The UPPER limit on the vertical axis is set to be slightly more than the highest data point value.
6. The vertical axis is properly formatted for the correct type of value ($, %, or count)
