PROTCOLS
1. Students are expected to be on time for their allocated time on the Zoom session (see run sheet). Professional behaviour is expected from all students – therefore you need to test your audio and video settings in advance of the presentation and practice sharing screen option (however, please designate one person to share and advance the PowerPoint/Keynote). Everyone in a presenting group needs to use their camera, avoid distractions, or any side-conversations. Do not forget to introduce your group at the beginning of your presentation.
2. All members of each group are expected to participate in the presentation.

3. Groups will be asked to end the presentation when 20 minutes have elapsed (the 20 minutes do not include 10-minute Q&A by Lecturer at the end).
4. Students are to review the Rubrics that will be used in grading (available on Moodle).
5. Absences require a doctor’s certificate and notification before the scheduled class.

STEP 1:
Assessment submission - one student from each group to upload assessment via the link above (by assessment due date). Check that it is fully submitted (ie. not as a draft submission)
STEP 2:
Group Peer Evaluation - EACH student to complete Questionnaire via the link above. Questionnaire will open to each student AFTER group leader has uploaded the assessment.

PEER EVALUATION
a) This assessment is partly weighted with mandatory Peer Evaluations. ALL students must complete the Peer Evaluation Survey, via the link above, within 72 hours of due date. Failure to complete the Peer Evaluation by this due date will result in a 10% mark penalty.
b) Each question in the Questionnaire reflects a criteria in the grading rubric, for you to grade the performance of each of your peers, in relation to each of these areas.
c) Students may be able to see the general list of comments after grading. You won’t see the author of the comment. It is important to give constructive feedback, be honest & fair in your comments and grading ... show true reflective critique.
