Review the Hope Index test materials again.   Write a few paragraphs about your results on the Hope Index as they might be reported in an assessment report.  There are 2 assessment report samples posted in this weeks' coursework folder as you can use as examples.  

Include in your write up of your results a brief description of the test including it's reliability and validity for assessing hope in an individual.  Then report your results and how they "fit" with information that can be linked back to your overall presentation in your self-administered clincial interview and MSE in Week 2, and even to your results of the Eysenck Personality Inventory in Week If your results on the Hope Index don't fit for some reason, explain this briefly as well.

The hope index assessment report need to be written like the example (see pyschoed assessment adult attachment). Information for this assignment should come from clinical and MSE, Eysenck personality Inventory, and Hope Index (please see attachment for this information; tests have been taken by myself). These are the only test that you should list on the assessment report
