As stated in the text, installation plans rely heavily on having clear goals, a defined set of steps, and carefully specified objectives and measures - as if a blueprint can be developed for others to follow (Bock, 2011). The factors that would influence my decision would be the vision, standards of expectation, and measures in regards to implementation.
