PART1
The student will complete a theological essay that will address the relationship of human sinfulness to an aspect of the doctrine of salvation. Students will examine one of the biblical images of salvation (adoption, conversion, regeneration, redemption, reconciliation, justification, election, sanctification, or glorification) and define and describe the doctrine with its biblical, historical, and theological contours as well as discuss how this image of salvation relates to and addresses the problem of sin. Finally, the student will apply the implications of this doctrine to the Christian life and for the student’s chosen vocation. The essay will be 750-1000 words and the formatting should be compatible with your current degree program.
Introduction (100-125 words)

We started this course by considering that everyone is a theologian because everyone has thoughts about God. You considered how you form your thoughts of who God is and what God does. you reflected on your experience with theology and your study of theology in the past. For this module/week, you will write a 600-word essay answering the following 3 prompts that will allow you to reflect on how you have grown in your understanding and study of theology.
How has your view of theology changed over the duration of this course? (approximately 200 words)
How have you been able to practice the principles you learned from the course in your own life? (approximately 200 words)
How will you pass on the information you have learned in this course to those within your circle of influence? (approximately 200 words)
PART 3
you will identify the worldview beliefs of a non-biblical worldview and, applying critical thinking strategies, compare and contrast those beliefs with the biblical worldview.
Requirements:
Cover page – This is the first page to be included in your paper. (Based on the formatting style that you will be using, see the sample paper in the Writing Style Guide Link).
APA: For this course, a Summary or Abstract is not required.
Content pages – These pages will contain your content and fulfill the requirements as listed below.
Be sure to complete the minimum word count (500–1,000 words).
Do NOT include the question as part of your word count. Use only your answers.
Direct quotations must be short and limited.
Include your word count at the bottom of the paper.
NOTE: Submissions totaling fewer than 300 words will not receive credit.
Quotations and material used from other sources must be cited using current APA.You must include in-text citations and a bibliography/reference or works cited page.
Check your work for spelling and grammatical errors.
Be sure to do your own work; do not plagiarize.

A minimum of 4 different sources is required.

Using course content and additional sources outside of the course, complete the following:
Note: This is a “Critical Thinking” assignment so you must go beyond just giving factual content and demonstrate your comprehension of the material. To accomplish this, the assignment will be asking you to “compare and contrast” your selected worldview (Secular Humanism, Hinduism, Buddhism, or Islam) with the biblical worldview.
