Choose one of the following products for this assignment:

1.  Milk (Dairy)

2.  Sugar (Raw sugar same as you buy for baking)

For this assignment you must write a 3000 word essay discussing the following.  Use MLA or APA formatting for your paper.  You will need to provide at least 5 references within your paper and 1 reference maybe your book used in class.  

 You also need to turn in a 1 - 2 minute video of a pitch you develop to promote the product via a commercial type presentation.  Be creative. 

1.  Research your product and determine a specific target demographic and how will you market to them specifically. 

2.  Discuss how your strategy will be rolled out and what are some of the challenges you will face and how to you plan to confront them?   How will you best manage a budget to meet your objectives?  What is your timeline for a roll out?  How will you measure the success of your campaign?  What kind of back up strategy do you intend to plan for in the event you run into a problem with your initial strategy?
