Homework 3

For this assignment you will need to write a one page summary report to include the followings parts:

Part 1:

Select one of the risks submitted for an earlier exercise and assess the root cause (or causes) of the risk.

Document the root cause(s) in a paragraph and in a “fishbone” diagram.

Develop a response for this risk.

•If it is a prevention, describe any changes to the project required.

• If it is a contingency plan, specify the work required, the impact in effort and cost, the trigger event to be monitored and the owner who will be responsible for monitoring and the contingency plan.

Part 2:

Develop at least three questions for a risk survey that relate to project work you do.

The questions may be for any section, but most customization is done in the “Technology” area.
