Choose one of the following two assignments to complete. Do not do both assignments. Identify your assignment choice in the title of your submission.

Option #1: Criminal Justice Policymaker

As you begin work on your presentation, one of the first steps is to identify scholarly resources that will inform and support your work. As indicated in the Portfolio Project Directions, use five scholarly resources (one should be your text).

For this milestone, submit an annotated bibliography. An annotated bibliography is a list of your resources. With each resource, you should include a 100-150-word summary of why you chose this resource and some of the parts of the presentation for which you will be using the resource. Scholarly resources include textbooks, peer-reviewed journal articles, and government publications. Resources should be no older than five years.

Option #2: Criminal Justice Professor
