Please download the attached dataset and compute the following:

1 Is there a relation between the price of a house and other predictors?

2 How strong is the relationship?

3 Develop the hypothesis for the prediction of price given the predictors

4 Plot scatter plots showing the relationship between price and number of bedrooms

5 Compute and graphically show the correlations between variables

6 Fit a multiple linear regression to predict the price of a house given all the predictors (beware of categorical variables).

7 Write out the model equation form.
