“Technology” its own language?
New technologies emerging everyday have changed people’s life significantly in past 2 decades. From using maps to now using phone as GPS, it has made our lives easier. This paper discusses how technology is affecting the XYZ generation.
Smart technology has been a huge progress in the society and has helped in various ways. My main research questions are that “how is Technology is affecting the XYZ generations? Should they be limiting themselves and their skills to Technology. Is this digital tool really making us smarter or Is it negatively influencing productivity?
I will be taking interview at __________. I am planning to interview individuals from ach generation; Sales representative from Z generation. Supervisor from Y generation and CEO of from X generation. I am a close family member of one of the owners and whenever I am there its fascinating how all employees are so coordinated and knows exactly what to do and most of all using smartphones as a medium of communication at workplace.
I will be collecting data through primary source by personally interviewing individuals from three generations at a workplace that uses technology as a daily curriculum.
I plan to meet and interview three participants from a same workplace but different generations. I expect to meet them during the spring break.

I intend to use this article because it helps differentiating the good, bad and the ugly side of technology in this era.
At present, technology has a lot of negative effects, so my major concern is how has this medium of communication impact on the personal behavior of individual. Will this dependency cause any problem in the future? Do is lead to lack of concentration and poor performance especially among the students or even at places of work?
