Project Plan

Your project plan should have the following items:

· Introduction: Provide detail description of the project. It should contain 1) background problem, 2) objectives of the project, 3) research questions, and 4) potential contributions (6 points).

· Theoretical Background/ Framework/ Related Study: Provide the current state of knowledge of your project. This should clearly motivate your research questions (2 points)

· Appendix: Provide Scope Statement, Stakeholder Register, Business Requirements and Technical Requirements (if there is any), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) (2 points).

Project Implementation

Your project implementation should have the following items:

· Hypothesis Development: Provide detail hypothesis that you want to test for your research questions. Each hypothesis must have reasoning to support your purposes (4 points).

· Methodology: Clearly indicate your approach(es) to test your hypothesis. It should contain detail summary of your approach(es) including 1) research design, 2) data collection, and 3) data analysis (4 points).

· Appendix: Provide a detail Gantt Chart to show the cost, schedule and task owners for your project, and provide Risk Breakdown Structure and Risk Register (2 points).

Project Completion

Your final report has to provide the following items:

· Executive Summary: Provide one-page concise overview of the project’s 1) background, 2) objectives and methods, 3) results, and 4) conclusions. Your executive summary should be less than 300 words (2 points).

· Introduction: Updated version based on feedbacks from phrase 1 (5 points).

· Theoretical Background/ Framework/ Related Study: Updated version based on feedbacks from phrase 1 (3 points).

· Hypothesis Development: Updated version based on feedbacks from phrase 2 (5 points).

· Methodology: Updated version based on feedbacks from phrase 2 (5 points).

· Results and Discussion: Report the findings of your research questions, and discuss the findings and limitation of your research (8 points).

· Conclusion: Recap the summary of your study and main contributions (2 points).

· References: List all sources that your group use to support your study

· Appendix: List all required tables/graphs from phrase 1 and phrase 2 (10 points).
