Conduct a self-assessment of your managerial skills at https://www.mindtools.com/pages/article/newTMM_28.htm . Write a short reflective paper (no more than 500 words) about the findings and your experience of being a manager during this course. Explain how your mastered managerial skills supported your academic success and what you need to work on in the future. Offer a pathway to improvement through a specific practical application of a developing competency/skill.

Describe in no more than 250 words how you are going to incorporate the mastered (by self-assessment) managerial skills into your updated resume. Share with your peers what you learned about your resume after completing the following steps:
**The goal of your first resume draft is to help you create a general document that can be easily modified in the future. This requires that you have a solid general template to work from.
You can either upload your current resume or you can build a new resume using UMGC's general resume builder or templates. Note that UMGC uses templates that are considered best practices in the career services field.
