Potential strategic management decisions in health care are based on the daily running of the facilities, which could be linked to determining services that can yield more revenue or expand the facility operating abilities (Shahid et al., 2019). For example, a decision could be made to introduce mental health counselling services in every department following an increase in the need for related service frameworks.
The relationship with external stakeholders is based on the creation of favorable working environments when support systems can be given to sustain operations. This is also part of the enhancement of the market share of the facility and contain the adverse effects of competition (Mischel, 2020).
Diversity and disparity in healthcare treatment is concerned with the drafting of treatment methods according to the identified needs of patients, an implication that the approaches to treatment can even deviate from the standard norms in the facility in the interest of meeting the unique beliefs of patients (Ginter et al., 2018). An example is the introduction of practices relevant to the religious or traditional beliefs of patients.

Decisions for strategic management in hospitals pertain to the key choices about the nature of services to be provided based on the benefits that they can yield in care. Decisions made consider the financial position of the entity. An example is the management introducing a new department following the identified need for the service in the areas of operation (Grote & Berens, 2020).
Hospital relationships with external stakeholders is always enhanced to ensure that an adequate background for operation may be created for the facility and all necessary support systems can be attained (Mischel, 2020). An example is offering public education to reduce the prevalence of communicable diseases.
Diversity and disparity in healthcare treatment is based on tuning care according to the cultural beliefs of various patients based on their backgrounds (Shahid et al.,, 2019). An example is the decree to allow patients come with their doctors following the mastery of certain procedures that they provide them.
