Health Care Personnel includes working in health care group who has exposed such as

contaminated medical supplies, contaminated equipment, contaminated environmental surfaces,

and contaminated air. Physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, technicians, emergency

medical service personnel and laboratory personnel. Health care are compound of organizations

that do not fit into any of the social situations. For example, hospitals deal with clinical ethics

issues that are relating to the treatment between families and health care team members. Both

public and private hospitals of management ethics and private such as supervisor relationships,

participant connection and responsibilities to the public. At the same time, hospitals must obey

with a very wide and difficult set of legal and regulatory standards as well. Depending on their

ownership and job, some hospitals may also need to be concerned with government, public

administration ethics-based ethics, research ethics (Fox,2010).

There is another issue as a coordinator officer for Health Information Technology.

There is another gathering that afford new rule or policy to increase the official opportunities

about the health information technology by increasing the beliefs, and lack of the new processes

which has been used for the electronic health record technology as well. (U.S. Department of

Health and Human Services,2011).

The hospital must be succeeded effectively and professionally in harmony with

hospital by policies and laws. The organization and effective activities of the hospital hopefully

would be the responsibility of the chief executive officer. The chief executive officer would be

responsible for the development of all plans to be active by controlling activities on appropriate

foundation to development in developing plans of development. For example, the personnel
